If indeed the Cavs do hire former Euro league coach David Blatt to replace Mike Brown, should we have seen it coming after David Griffin made these comments back on May 13, 2014 at his introductory press conference as Cavs full-time G.M.? Blatt would be the first coach to make the jump from Europe to the NBA as a head coach and that definitely would be be bucking the trend and be considered a unique move!
